On +EV, Books and Consensus control different parts of the search. Books selects places where you want an offer; Consensus selects the market evidence used to judge that offer.

Choose execution and benchmark books separately

  1. Open +EV.
  2. Open Books and select the sportsbooks where you want to find offered bets.
  3. Open Consensus and choose the books you want used in the fair-price estimate. The interface retains at least two selected consensus books.
  4. Use All to select all catalog books, or Reset in Consensus to return to its defaults.
  5. Review the results after the table refreshes. Selection is a preference; a book contributes only when it has qualifying evidence for the exact market line.

How the fair estimate is formed

Qualifying contributors have fresh usable Over and Under prices at the exact line. Each book’s two implied probabilities are normalized to remove its margin, then the qualifying fair probabilities are averaged equally.

The book offering the evaluated bet is excluded from its own benchmark, even if you selected it in Consensus. As a result, the actual contributors shown on a row can be fewer than your selected count. At least two external qualifying contributors are needed for an actionable +EV estimate.

Min LIQ does not remove books from the +EV consensus calculation. It gates executable offers. A fresh two-sided exchange quote can still inform the benchmark even if its displayed size is too small for an executable opportunity.

Inspect the actual contributors

  1. Find an opportunity and select the three-dot button in its Consensus cell.
  2. Read each book’s offered price for the selected side, its Fair percentage, and available size when supplied.
  3. Compare the contributors and the row’s overall Fair estimate. Select the three-dot button again to close the expanded detail.

Keep preferences in context

Consensus preferences are saved in this browser for your signed-in account. They are not promised to sync across devices. A selected book with no current odds may retain your preference without contributing to this market. Choosing sources expresses which evidence you want considered; it does not establish that those books are always accurate.
