The +EV screen compares offered betting prices with a fair-probability estimate from selected consensus books. A positive EV result means the shown payout is favorable under that estimate; it does not mean the individual bet will win.
Illustrative demo data: each row compares an offered price with a consensus estimate.
Configure the opportunity search
- Open +EV from the sidebar.
- Open Books and choose where you want opportunities to be offered.
- Open Consensus and separately choose the books you want used for the fair estimate.
- Use Search, Sport, and Market to focus your results.
- Use Max odds to cap positive offered American odds, or select No max. For example, ≤ +130 excludes +150 but still allows negative prices.
- Choose Min LIQ to require a minimum available size for executable exchange and prediction-market offers.
Illustrative demo data: execution Books, Max odds, and Min LIQ constrain eligible offers.
Read an opportunity
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| EV | Estimated return per unit staked at the shown price. |
| Bet | Player, stat line, matchup and start time. |
| Best price | Offered sportsbook, direction, line, price, and reported size if supplied. |
| Fair | The benchmark probability shown as fair odds or implied probability. |
| Consensus | The contributing books; the three-dot button opens the detailed estimate. |
As a simple example, a 60% fair estimate at +100 gives 20% EV: 0.60 × 2 − 1. This is an expectation under the estimate, not a guaranteed outcome. For integer lines, displayed EV is conditional on the bet not pushing; a push returns the stake and reduces expected return per wager.
Inspect and open the offer
- Use the three-dot control in Consensus to inspect each contributor’s offered price and margin-removed fair probability.
- Confirm the player, stat, line, side, price and available size.
- Select an enabled sportsbook action under Best price to open its supplied link. Verify the current market at the destination before submitting anything.
Illustrative demo data: inspect the individual prices and fair-probability estimates.
Live-market example: an enabled link opens the supplied destination; it does not submit a bet.
If an action is unavailable
A book may not supply a direct link. Actions can also be disabled while filters refresh, during a feed error, after the event starts, or when pricing, liquidity, or consensus is no longer actionable. Recheck the data rather than treating a saved or stale price as still available.
